Two set menus will be available:
Chef’s Choice $1500 for the table, served to share:
- Oysters & Champagne
- Foie Gras Doughnuts with Saskatoon Berry Jam
- 5x 35oz Porterhouse with Bone Marrow, Chimichurri Sauce, Parsley, Lemon & Caper Salad.
- Scallops with Smoked Cauliflower Puree, Black Truffle, Brown Butter Crumb
- Heirloom Carrots with Mascarpone, Dates, Almonds & Zhug
- Sticky Toffee Puddings
The Common Choice $800 for the table, served individually:
- Oysters & ‘Groove’ Sparkling Riesling
- Sunchoke Soup or Beets & Berries Salad
- Ontario Trout, Fillet & Fries or Fire-roast Cabbage
- Chess Pie or Fire-roast Pineapple & Thai Basil Granita
Your $500 payment ($375 + tax + 18% tip) will be deducted from your final bill for the night.
